ECP for HOA and Community Managers - Part I

Emergency Contingency Planning for HOA Board and Community Managers (CM) is designed for those who are new with no conception what an ECP or BCP is but know they are required to not only have developed one, but are required to keep it updated, keep residents/tenants updated and in many cases maintain legal documents showing proof of exercising plans. This is a series of Lectures and Hands-On Exercises allowing even the newest of newbies an opportunity to feel at home with requirements placed in front of them: Part I - The Who, What and Why of ECP/BCP's: Terminology, CC&R's, Community Structure, Private vs. Public needs, Funding, Understanding current and new statutes, regulations and past practices for effective ECP development, meeting those who matter, development of your databases, research and group therapy to keep your sanity!
