ECP for HOA and Community Managers - Part II
Part II is the hands-on portion of learning and developing your ECP. In addition to continuing your development of the ECP/BCP, greater attention will be geared towards funding, understanding how to work with Public Service offices, and legal needs. Working in teams, a greater sense of how to keep up with the needs and legal requirements will be gained. Working with what is at hand and how to interpret that towards your needs will also be highlighted. Towards the last couple of hours, we will be going into greater detail about Exercising The Plan and what that means to you (your board, group, etc.). During the last hour we will set up for Part III - Exercising the Plan, Evaluations and Hot-Washes. Day 3 is the longest of the days, and we will go thru the outline hour by hour.
