ECP for HOA and Community Managers - Part III

Part III - Exercising the Plan, Evaluations and Hot-Washes Exercise what you have learned over the past two days during this Table-Top active participation. We will be up and about, talking, communicating and working in teams. Please be sure to bring comfortable clothes, shoes and cell phones (with chargers!!!). Hotel will be providing food per our instructions but you are also welcome to bring your own, refrigeration will be available. After the active exercise portion, we will go through the evaluation process and explain both hot-washes, best practices and other necessary systems. To conclude, we will work in teams to ensure your Plans meet or exceed State statutes/regulations, insurance needs and the needs of your personal groups. *Note, this will be a long day!!!
