| Description | SUBSEQUENT UPDATE AFTER EVENT: https://twitter.com/ReadyIndy/status/242721484810883072 ReadyINDY will conduct the first citywide exercise for Greater Indianapolis churches in partnership with the national Christian Emergency Network's Readiness Project. ReadyChristian & ReadyChurch workshops will be held during the morning, followed by the disaster-response drill in the afternoon. The drill will test two-way communications capabilities between churches/ministries throughout the 9-county metro area and assist churches setting up emergency teams. The workshops and simulated Emergency Operations Center will be hosted at the Airport Wyndham Hotel. Officials from other emergency-focused ministries and agencies will also be on-hand to observe the afternoon exercise and offer insights during the hotwash debrief session.
