Establish EOC, establish CERT Net radio communication and HAM radio communication, simulate road closures and large earthquake, establish medical treatment area, practice shift changes and net control changes, involve as many out of the area HAM radio operators as possible. Excersize is to coordinate with local police and fire departments.
