WINGS WHEELS ROTORS & EXPO, Joint Forces Training Base

WINGS WHEELS ROTORS & EXPO is a public outreach and education event held on the US Army Airfied located at the Joint Forces Training Base, Los Alamitos, California. This annual one day event is for the general public to interact with First Responders, Fire, Police, Emergency from Southern California, FEMA, CalEMA, and the California National Guard. 32,000 people come to learn, interact and have fun. The theme of the day is "people who love great machines and technology". Event displays 90 airplanes, 40 helicopters, and more than 600 vehicles. The purpose of the day is awareness of the Southern California community preparedness and of the central role the Joint Forces Training Base.
